Located on the peaceful Baker St in Ames, IA, this home features a cozy living room, elegant decor, and plenty of natural light. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and modern amenities — all just minutes from downtown, Iowa State University, and local attractions. Ideal for both weekend getaways and extended stays!

Important: Entry is through the back door only (not the front door).

The Neighborhood:
Located on Ames' Baker St, this charming retreat is in a prime location for city exploration. Downtown is a short drive or bike ride away, offering various dining options. Iowa State University is also nearby. Local shops and grocery stores are easily accessible. The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere, providing a welcoming stay. Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything Ames offers while enjoying a tranquil neighborhood.

Other Things to Note:
Both upstairs bathrooms have been totally remodeled in 2025. Both single beds in bedroom 3 are Twin XL, providing comfortable sleeping for both adults and kids.

Great location and a couple blocks from Iowa State Iniversity. Long driveway was extra nice and can fit 4 cars. House was perfect and we had plenty of space. Kitchen has the basics but not a lot of extras.
