「The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym.」

「服务不好，说好的免费停车，酒店管理停车位的门童以停车场满为理由拒绝让我们进入。我们刚从停车场入口处把车倒出来，发现后面有车开到入口就放进去了。门童态度非常不好。另外，酒店房间地毯较脏，床不是很舒服。酒店吃早餐人很多，非常拥挤，不过早餐和晚餐品种比较多。在此酒店体会不到任何服务，与此房间相比，完全不相称。」

「這是第二次造訪。跟去年比較起來，櫃檯的服務人員比去年更有朝氣、充滿活力與熱誠，讓人辦理住房開始，就感覺這會是一個美好的旅程… 早餐的餐點真是豐盛又健康、美味，是一大亮點！安息日的晚餐也很有儀式感，很可口… 房間的清潔比起去年真是乾淨很多啊….房務人員也非常的親切呢！床鋪雖然比較老舊，被子較薄但也能感覺溫暖，還是可以睡上一個好覺。大門入內的庭院非常適合做曬日光的場地，雖然常常有孩子們嬉鬧、打球、遊戲，但還是有種特別寧靜的氛圍。附近走幾分鐘走路路程就到的輕軌列車，距離市場、購物，都是非常便利的。整體來說，是非常值得再度造訪入住的旅館。下次到耶路撒冷。應該還是會選擇這個旅館入住的唷！非常非常感謝所有的服務人員，住宿期間10/14-17協助清潔打掃的人員、餐廳的服務人員，關心我的飲食的員工，還有帶我到曬衣場的女士行政人員，更要謝謝晚上很晚了，還協助我到餐廳取得咖啡的男士櫃檯服務員… 謝謝您們大家，讓我這一趟有個安心，舒適的旅程…😀 一切的一切，都比去年用心太多了。肯定要按讚👍」
