"Most wonderful and welcoming experience. Clean, comfortable and the hosts quickly became our Turkish grandparents. Beautiful scenery and friendly locals. Would love to come back. "

"A wonderful hosting family with a lot of support and kindness"

"Aysun Hanım ve oğlu Koray kardeşime teşekkürler.. Her anlamda destekleri ve ağırlamaları bizi memnun etti. Doğanın içinde derin bir nefes alabildik sayelerinde . Kuymağın tadı hala damağımda 😊"

"Location is between Rize and Ayder which is ideal. Breakfast is in local style and delicious. "

"It was an amazing experience and the staff there are wonderful! Definitely recommend this place ! "

"Excellent staff breakfast was excellent Very clean presentation Felt like home "

"Its good and respectful but they are ask more money coz I reserve online a little cheaper than normal price "

"The room was clean but it shows the age, no service room for cleaning take effect while we there. Service is good when requested. The entrance to the place is really hard as you need to walk on/climb a mountain then a long stairs. The place view is very good and people are nice. They have staff talking in English, Arabic, and Turkish."

"Great experience of leaving in a dome, with awe-inspiring view. Feels like want to stay there forever! It would be just better to have cleaner windows for the view- I cleaned them quickly myself to enhance experience ;)"

"Employees were very nice and helpful, breakfast was wonderful, thank you "

"The view is wonderful and the room is nice. There is no room service except the breakfast. Nobody cleaned our room. They say that there is a kitchen but with very limited devices, impossible to cook there. Also, in our second night there was no water to take a shower. For me it is expensive considering what it offers. I would select another room next time."

"good location, clean room nice people"

"Rooms were clean, family friendly Located on Firtina creek with relaxing water sound, wifi working good"

Thanks for everything. It was unforgettable stay for me. "

"View is great, but I faced several issues with the cabin 1. Shading was broken 2. Lights at the ground floor were not stable. They were flashing all the time. 3. The jacuzzi has two faucets. One of them is broken and leaks water inside the cabin room. 4. Hotel restaurant has a simple menu and very limited food. I wanted to order more for my family, but they had only two selections left! 5. Hotel restaurant breakfast is served from 9 to 10. Dinner is from 5 to 8. So it is important to prepare for...
