The staff was very helpful and spoke great English. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very close to shops which was great. A/C worked great, espcially how it was really hot outside. The only downside was that the bathroom was poorly designed and often flooded and the sink mixer often made the basin flood. The hotel was also right above the shops so it got really loud at night.

Brand new hotel, modern and spacious room. Staff is incredibly polite and helpful. It is surrounded by shops and restaurants cause it’s in the heart of Amman downtown

You can not ask for a better hotel for your stay in Amman. This is located at an absolute gem of a location. As soon as you come down the hotel you are surrounded with beautiful streets of Amman and the liveliness. Some of the main attractions like the Citadel and the Roman theatre are literal walking distance. Some of the most famous places to eat like the Hashem restaurant as well as Habibah sweets are literally downstairs. Having such major attractions at your footsteps is a blessing. The staff was also great. I would stay here again without a second thought

You planning to visit Amman, and want to see the vibrant life of the city, this hotel is a perfect location. Very clean rooms. Now the reception might not seem all that, but they are friendly and get the job done.

The architecture and decor are wonderful, but what stands out most is the staff and the owner. I really felt like family. They not only were super friendly, but responsive, as well. There are few, if any places I have visited, I would rate so high.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided a tea on arrival and then showed us to our room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. It was perfectly located in downtown Amman, close to some of the highlights of the city.

Ojo con mi comentario, la mala calificación no es por la mala ubicación, ni por el mal trato, tampoco la limpieza, todo eso muy bien, es decir la estancia perfecta. El gran y desagradable inconveniente es que durante las mañanas está una persona que te atiende para el check out, yo salí el jueves 3 de septiembre a las 7am y estaba una persona alta delgada, hicimos check out y cuando estábamos pidiendo un uber se acercó el de recepción a decirnos que nos ayudaba con un taxi que le dijéramos cuánto salió el costo en Uber y él podía igualarlo. Confiamos en él, le dijimos que costaba 20 dinares Jordanos, salió y trajo a un taxista. Nos subimos confiados y a mitad del camino ya en la carretera el taxista nos estafó, empezó a decir que el recepcionista le dijo que era otro aeropuerto y que el que nosotros íbamos era otro y que tenía que cobrarnos 25 dinares más, o sea 35 dólares más! Fue un robo, una estafa! Acorralados en medio de la autopista, amagó con dejarnos, y sin regresarnos el dinero antes pagado, y encima dijo el taxista que él solo recibió al principio 15 dinares y que los otros 5 se los quedó el recepcionista. Muy amarga experiencia, lamentable! Hubiera bajado para evitar su extorsión pero reitero que estábamos ya en la carretera. Triste 😡

Ótimo quarto , espaçoso. Único senão é o box do banheiro que só tem vidro de um lado e molha tudo. Hotel não tem café da manhã, isso pra mim faz falta. Bem no centro de Amã.
