“Positive: close to airport outside of the busy centre, clean rooms and spacious, descent breakfast. Constructive feedback: I didn’t know there was an opera inside the hotel or some sort of show, it was pretty loud and we could hear it in the room. My fault for not checking this wasn’t an international hotel, could not enjoy the pool with my family because women and men had use different swimming pool this was a disappointment, it would have nice to spent some time with my family in the pool……

“The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel was well maintained, and the common areas were clean and inviting.”

“Really nice hotel within walking distance to the major attractions like Rainbow st, downtown, and the Roman theater. Big comfortable bed, wonderful shower, and plenty of space in the room. The only downsides for me were that the rooftop outside area was closed (one of the main reasons I booked) and the shop on the ground floor was closed so I didn't know I could use the -1 elevator to get to the lower street, so I was exiting in the upper street which is pretty dark, dirty, and rundown ”

“One of the most beautiful hotels with definitely the best service I have experienced. Every staff member seemed to know my name - warm, welcoming & so helpful. For example, my iPhone had liquid detection so would not charge with a cord. In the middle of the night, my phone would still not charge. My phone is my camera, travel confirmations, & so much more. Panicked, I reached out to the concierge via WhatsApp and they brought me a MagSafe charger & insisted I keep to ensure I would not lose……
