On par for india

Requested twin room none available so wanted us to buy another. Refused so moved other people out and lost their luggage then called us twice during night as well as coming into our room looking for lost luggage while sleeping. It did improve a little after this but staff not at all responsive.

Good hotel bad staff

The hotel is well maintained and is in a good location. However the reception staff quality was disappointing. When I pointed out bad attitude of bell staff nothing much was done and was told it was contract staff.

Very unprofessional took nearly 1 hour to check out as the credit card terminal not working? In a hotel? The proprieters given priority over guests,asked twice to move the car while checking out so the owner can park his car. Would not recommend to the prospective guests.

Good location with a 5Star hotel infrastructure

The location is at one of the best roads of Amritsar - Lawrence Road. Easy access and close to all the major attractions - a 10 min drive to the Golden Temple. The hotel has limited rooms and guess it's built with a specific purpose in mind - to cater to the party hosts. Everyday we stayed they had multiple halls booked for some parties, but no complaints, the maximum disturbance we got was limited parking space. The rooms are built classy but desire some bits of maintenance. Comfortable and large with all the basic requirements you would find at a 5 star hotel. The staff is pleasing and welcoming. The breakfast menu leaves a lot to be desired but that aside, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant stay at budget prices.

Good stay

Hotel is good and almost 3 km from golden temple. Staff was very cooprative and helpful. Room was nice and clean. We had b/f and were given lots of variety of food. I would like to stsy here again on my next visit to amritsar.

Beautiful hotel at a fantastic location

Ours was a family pilgrimage to the Golden Temple, the hotel was beautiful completely modern with all facilities and excellent fittings in the rooms and bathrooms. Daikin Air conditioners, Kohler fittings and clean and comfortable beds made the stay a pleasurable experience. The staff was extremely friendly and co-operative and they made sure that every need of ours was addressed to despite the hotel being full and having loads of wedding functions. The breakfast was a good spread (though there were no parathas during all the 3 days that we stayed) and lunch food was also very delicious and tasty. The vegetables were prepared in a good Indian style but without the watery gravy found in most hotels. All in all I would say, it was complete value for money.

Dirty hotel

We booked a deluxe room but when we saw the it was claustrophobic,there was no window in the room so we had to take a suite......room was good but no maintainence.....Cleanliness was the main issue.......carpets were very dirty.....room amenities were missing.....dirty bedding....nothing in breakfast......waiters don't know how to serve....location is the only reason to stay in this hotel
