Ascend the North face of the Eiger with luggage & you have an idea of accessibility. Room was clean enough but very noisy with trams, parties till late and local workcrews from 7am

Arrived at 1pm was told room would be ready at 3pm went back and was checked in and given a key, let ourselves in back across the road, those steers are steep but if you're able, they work fine, plenty of people at different ages staying here I noticed acrossed 3 floors. We arrived let ourselves in the room & was called out by the cleaner, as it wasn't ready. He was absolutely lovely and gave us a seat to wait in a room for 5 minutes. Cleanliness no issue at all, however we were in 103 and the taps

Perfect for a short stay. Very close to central station. No lift so hope your not on 4th floor unless You like multiple workouts every day. Room was so small bed almost hit the opposing wall. Had to climb over bed to get on other side. Ut for just sleeping and resting was fine. Free lattes at reception was very much a bonus.

Room was clean. Nice view esp in the corner of 3rd fl; close to train station abt 5mins walk. Downside is no elevators and stairs are very steep; not ideal for families with small children or travellers with plenty/large luggages; no amenities too.

Melanie , the hotel manager was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable, the hotel itself was the most basic , no elevator and if you have hard time climbing stairs look elsewhere. The hotel is walking distance from the central station and canal cruise and it is also 5-10 walk to Dam square and red light district , overhaul if you are looking for most basic hotel in central Amsterdam, it is fine , if you are hoping for North America hotel standards , you need to look elsewhere

Very costly for a bare bones accommodation - 400 euro per night. Shower was located in our room and not in the bathroom. One small towel per person - no washcloths or even body wash were provided. Very noisy - both the street and inside the building. Lots of stairs to carry luggage up. Johanna at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming but she was located across the street at another hotel. CS seems to be managed by this hotel. Not worth the price.

The room is small but clean and comfortable. The staff is great and helpful. WiFi didn’t work for 3days which was a problem since my husband had to work. We had to pay extra to get internet from our career. The hotel didn’t have a solution. If you kind street noise it will not be the place for you. But the convenience of the location is amazing- close to the station and right in the center of town!
