I had a wonderful stay at the Times Hotel. First time in Amsterdam, the staff (Ingrid in particular) was so helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was quality, location is fantastic, and the price was very reasonable. Would stay again!

We liked the location -- easily walkable to the Dam and trams, and the staff was both helpful and friendly. We loved looking over the canal from our room. The room was small and sparse. It would have been helpful to have more hooks in the bathroom and a small desk somewhere, though I don't know how it would fit in. The lobby needs some updating .

Very helpful staff, everything was fine, great location. Although there is a lift, the additional steps to our room were a challenge with heavy bags, fortunately the staff helped greatly.

Really nice, conveniently located. Only down side is their “valet parking.” Some one comes within 30 or so minutes and takes your car to some location outside of city! Highly recommend this hotel!

What we loved was the location and the view of the canal from our bedroom window. What stopped it getting a 5 star rating was a couple of minor maintenance issues and we would have liked was a little more refinement in the room for the relatively high price
