“Loved our stay at the Stagecoach! It was clean, comfortable and located in a great little community! Great location. The staff was excellent & we loved our breakfast each morning. We hope to return soon. Definitely a highlight to our trip being able to stay in such a quaint little B&B!”

“We had an issue when we booked with Expedia on a double booking that I did not make. I only received one confirmation on 1 booking but at 2 days prior an email was sent that I didn't open confirming 2 rooms (I believe it was a glitch in the system as I only booked 1 rm) Because the reservation was completed on Expedia the front desk lady at Comfort Inn could not do anything to remedy this, however she called Expedia to request change. Expedia said there was no one in authority to do this,……

“Front desk was rude at check-in and the room/hallways were dirty. Terrible signage to find the hotel. Breakfast was fine. Good location. Overpriced and not up to Fairfield/Marriott standards.”

“The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.”

“The staff was nice and the room was clean except for a fortune cookie and the wrapper in our room on the floor when we came in and the air conditioner made a humming noise the whole time. We also had a breakfast issue. I had paid for 2 adults to have breakfast and they only gave me a voucher for one adult and I said that I had paid for 2 adults and my room had breakfast included. We had to talk to two different people at the front desk to get this resolved along with customer service with……

“1st the elevators kept breaking down. Then finally the one elevator that was working on my side broke down. The other side only went to the tenth floor. Meaning we had to walk up 9 flights of stairs! This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in! It”s 116 degrees and there’s no AC in most of the building! They don’t give a damn about their customers.”
