“The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.”

“First of all, I knew the rooms were beautiful and period. Ours was superb ! Our window looked out to the lake, and sunrise was visible if you were up early. Windows with screens for a lake breeze too. Bathroom - all Kohler ! All new ! Furnishings, window treatments, carpeting, bed linens, etc. - all top-notch and elegant. “We stayed last night week in June 28- July 5 both pool were closed. I paid for my room month in advance and I was charged $150 for incidentals and my daughter paid for her room for those same nights and they charged her $50 for incidentals and when I asked the lady why I got charged 150 and she said because you paid for your room in advance I would think that would be a good thing, but I guess not. We only picked that hotel because of the pool they gave us a gift cards for breakfast and the……

“Room was clean, staff very helpful. Studio room setup was cramped in the bed area. Rest of room spacious. Quiet.”

“No elevator. I walked the entire first floor twice thinking I somehow missed seeing the elevator. I finally asked the front desk where it was and was told there isn’t one. I don’t mind using the stairs but when you load the dolly cart full and push it down the hallway to use the elevator it would be helpful if the staff tells you there is t an elevator upon checking you in on the second floor. There is only one ice machine”
