"Love staying at this hotel for my birthday!! This was our 3rd time staying here!! We also did ski that day at the Mountain top and it was nearby 5mins drive to our room!! The only concern is Room 6307 the shower drainage doesn’t drain well !! "

"Friendly staff. Shay was so helpful. Max, the bartender, was super cool and makes awesome drinks. Clean room. Comfy bed and pillows. Spacious fridge. Nice views of downtown. Valet staff was efficient. Recommend 100%!!! ."

"Rooms are clean , valet parking is terrible. Many times I almost had to valet my car on my own ,because nobody was there to assist"

"Everything was great, the staff, the amenities and our room was very clean. I enjoyed the waterpark especially the jacuzzi and also the Christmas decorations"

"The decor is beautiful, the room was bigger than I imagined it would be, and the staff was very helpful. I unfortunately had a run in with another guest in the bar while watching football. The staff eventually called the police to handle this individual and staff was extremely helpful and apologetic to me, making sure my experience was still satisfying. Rest assured, we already have plans to visit again. "
