“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“The bed was comfortable and good for sleeping. The room was clean and quiet. The staff Michelle was friendly and patient. She’s explained the facilities in detail and answered questions. She’s were very nice. I hope to stay here again next time.”

“The friendly staff is what makes this place such a gem. You’ll feel right at home. The rooms are very arranged well. nice couch area so you aren’t confined to your bed. microwave, nice size mini fridge and coffee maker are also nice touches that are becoming hard to find in hotels these days. Very clean and comfy beds too! Nice quiet location. Only con is no elevator. but there are only 3 floors so it’s really not a big deal. Did i mention a free beer at check in? Noice.”
