“Clean room and it's close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The bar didn't open that Saturday night which surprised us because we were told it would be open.”

“What an exceptional property! Everything about this location and their accommodations are well done.”

“The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.”

“Clean room, but there was oil stains under the sink, peeling wallpaper, mini fridge wasn’t working, and the couch seem old.”

“The room is clean. And I think the brightness in room gave me good feeling in my business trips. I have been having many business travelings. This is one of the best.”

“Our room was awesome! They thought about all the little things we didnt. The peace you got was awesome. Massage chair was awesome sauce. Even down to the bag of ice in the freezer.I cant wait to go again.”

“Rooms are on second and third floors. No elevator.stairs are steep. Steps narrow. Upon our arrival at 3:45PM our room was supposedly ready. However dirty sheets and towels remained on the floor and no bath soap. Also noted a dirty towel hung on the back of the bathroom door. Outside building plant foundation areas full of weeds and debris. Hotel rooms have been rehabbed and the decor is great. Location is great.Property needs improved customer focused management ”

“The room was ok, not immaculate. Staff was great. Breakfast was very good. Hated that there was no elevator. Overall an ok, not exceptional, experience.”

“This hotel was decent! Will, I believe his name was, at the front desk was amazing! Very kind and helpful! The food at the restaurant is good but a bit pricey for hotel food. Unfortunately the service from every other person wasn’t very great. Breakfast isn’t included and you pay $15 per person for the buffet. The bathroom/shower were a bit dirty but it just seemed like an over time thing. When my husband and I were leaving a cleaning lady brought her cart into the elevator and smashed me……

“The breakfast is breakfast. It's eggs and Sausage and danishes with juice and milk that the same meals in all hotels. I didn't eat it but it looked and smelled good. I ate cereal and milk. My room was spotless when I got it. Nothing bad to grade on. ”
