It smelled strongly of marijuana, this seems to be a common theme nowadays and I understand marijuana is legal in some states but I really wish fine. Establishments would keep that away from their entrances exits, etc. also, I was disappointed that the valet service was not connected to the hotel so I had to give my credit card information to a second party in order to park my car when I went to check in they don't have tap……

“I had a wonderful stay at The Pfister Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, the accommodations were comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. I also had the opportunity to dine at the steakhouse, which was a great experience — the food and atmosphere were both outstanding. One of the highlights of the stay was the pool, which really stood out as a very nice amenity and added to the overall enjoyment of the weekend. I appreciated the hospitality and would gladly return for another stay.”

“I had blood on my bed sheets(which is a red flag on many levels)and they didn’t believe me at first, so I showed them. Once I showed them, I asked for new sheets and they said they didn’t have anymore cleans ones. They didn't even offer to take the sheets, so I took them off myself. Then they said they can't do anything else to help me, but I can speak to the manager the next day to get a discount or refund. I ended up speaking to the manager the next morning and he was extremely rude. He told……
