Friendly staff and great location! Short walk to the train station (about 7 min.) and to UW Milwaukee Panther Arena. Starbucks located right in the hotel, as well as a few restaurants/bars for drinks and food.
Overall, my room was nice minus finding a used washcloth in the shower (I took a photo of it) and tried calling down to the front desk but no one answered. I understand that it was later at night (around 12:30/1 am) but that is when I noticed it.
The elevators were fast too- another plus!

Courteous staff. Convenient access to the Baird Center. Only complaint was not being able to adjust the room temp or even adjust or shut the blower for the heating/cooling off. We all woke up with sore throats from the blower running all night.

Unfortunately ice machines are hard to find being on random floors without signs, and half weren’t working. Other than that, everything was great.

The staff was very nice and professional. The room was very spacious and clean. I love that I was able to connect to the Baird Center, without going out in the cold. I definitely will be booking again next month for my daughter volleyball tournament.

The property was great. The staff was a little uneducated. We did pay for a room with 2 beds and we only got one. My daughter and I just went ahead and slept together.
