「When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned! Beds, bathrooms, garbage, floors were all undone! Had to leave the property for 2 1/2 hours so that someone could come in and clean. Very inconvenient considering all family members were arriving and had planned to cook dinner for everyone that evening. Property has many things broken and poor condition. Basement area had not been cleaned even after second attempt. Carpet in basement is very dirty.」
