We had a very hard time connecting to the internet even with the person on the phone directing us. We called the CS phone number. She meant well, but she gave us the wrong information. 「This is a lovely,old, historic property in a lovely, old historic town. The location is perfect. The room is OLD and aside from a few ikea type pieces added for hangars, a mirror and possibly a coat of paint… NOTHING has been done to add value to an OLD HOTEL ROOM! The pool/beach access was great but did not know about the inside pool being closed until got there and the tried to use the game room but some of the machines broken and took my money.
