“The room was cleaned and well maintained.”

“Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive. Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc.”

“We love staying here, however once again the kids in 251 were screaming and running the halls, so loud it woke us up twice, I eventually went in the hall and told them to shut up. Then AGAIN the damn housekeeping tried walking in our room. It was 9:30 and check out is 11. I am about sick of that happening”

“Old dirty carpet. Weird smell. Scraped up doors and floor trim. Older flat pillows. Otherwise pretty clean. Host very kind but hard to understand with heavy accent from India. Ok in an emergency situation, but will not stay again. I should have know by the very cheap price on Expedia.”

“We have stayed at this hotel in the past, the last time probably in 2020. We will not stay again. It has significantly gone down hill in that time. The rooms were not very clean, the counters had stickiness from previous stays and there were crumbs all over the floor and beds. Walking into the lobby smelled very musty and throw the halls smelled like marajuana on multiple occasions. The hot tub was broken and apparently early has been for over a month. The pool area was a mess - dirty……

“Breakfast was terrible, scrambled eggs were runny, the biscuits were doughy, and the sausage was over cooked. Plates were left at other tables for for 30mins before being cleared, and the dinning area wasn't busy. Wait staff was super friendly and helpful. Dinner was good overall. The carpets in the hallways seemed like they were in the middle of being replaced so didn't feel as clean or welcoming as most Holiday Inns feel.”

“Overall, the stay was really good unfortunately, the hot tub is out of order when we were there. Breakfast is really good and the room is very clean and nice.”
