You get what you pay for. Cheap, affordable and nice staff. Rooms could smell a little better but overall it’s a nice affordable place

I don’t see any person physically present at front desk and I felt there could be safety concerns. I did not feel the property is safer. I haven’t seen such motels where there is less security. Neither I would choose this type of motels in the future nor would recommend anyone to live here.

Families cannot stay here. Two people max per room, doesn't matter if kids sleep.in a crib still or.not. They do not tell you this when you book, nor are you advised of the 50.00 deposit required that they say they will.ref

After entering the room, the refrigerator wasn't plugged in. In addition, while conducting a cleaning audit with a black light, defects in standard work in cleaned sheets was noticeable. Along with the cleaning audit, the customer service experience was excellent from check in to departure. In closing, the stay was acceptable for a one night stay and the location in Sun Prairie Wisconsin with a average driving time to such places like Marcus Theater and Monks Bar and Grill is a seven to 10 minute commute depending on real-time traffic.

My room was decent, nobody bothered me, I felt safe. The virtual check-in was a breeze, and I liked the real keys. Digital keys can be hacked. The property is dated but there were no bugs that I saw, so clean. My only negative comment is the condition of the "parking lot".

Clean room and very quiet. Air conditioning was cold. Ample parking. Note: if 2 people in a room, front desk requires ID for BOTH occupants at check in.

Room was very clean and nice. Outdated but was much better than I expected after seeing the exterior. Check in was horrible. No one at desk. Kept calling phone numbers and went to voice mail. Finally after 3 calls someone called us back and gave us a lock box number for a key. It took about 20 minutes of waiting before someone called back.

Obviously the property is getting an overhaul. Signage was non existent. The hotel name was different on the sign. Room was clean, but there was fighting in adjacent rooms and in the hallways both nights of my stay. When I checked out, there was no one at front desk. I was unable to talk to anyone about the problems I had with the people who were fighting in the rooms and hallway. Did NOT feel safe at this hotel. Would not stay here again. I would think Expedia would do more research on properties they have on the app….. trying to save a little money on this trip, and this motel taught me a lesson in not cheaping out on hotel. Lesson learned.

The room wasn’t very clean. Floor especially—toenail clippings and crumbs. Shower had hairs on walls. Bed was clean and comfortable. Parking lot is in bad need of repair. Seemed to be in a decently safe location but lighting was dim inside and outside and didn’t promote a sense of safety.

The property did not feel safe at all. The hotel doesn't have card keys for the rooms which means that yesterday's occupants could copy the key and easily break into our room.
