「Our stay was disappointing due to noticeable issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The first floor had a strong smell of marijuana throughout our visit. Inside the room, the walls were covered in scuffs, there were visible stains on the ceiling, and the AC/heating unit was dirty, containing debris left behind from previous maintenance or lack of cleaning. The property is in clear need of better upkeep and general repairs.」

「Hot tub was down, which was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel from others in the area.」

「Love it! The employee was super helpful and cool that you don’t see a lot nowadays for sure I come back the best part the breakfast’s was the best my kids love it. If my kids love it I love it to.」

「This Tru was switching vendors so there was no soda or water to purchase. I was shocked and felt they should have purchased water that guests could just take for free. We ordered a pick up supper and ended up drinking water from the bathroom sink! Unacceptable」

「Our floor was sticky, cobwebs everywhere, and a stained hand towel.」

「Our room's heater was very loud and we had a hard time sleeping. The bathroom light flickered all the time when we turned it on so we could not even shower. The pool was warmer than the hot tub. The person at the front desk was never around. Called EXT. 200 like the sign said but no answer. We will never be staying here again.」

「Nobody was at the front desk when I checked in. It took awhile before I was able to find someone to check me in. There were bugs on the bathroom floor when I woke up in the morning and the eggs for breakfast were severely under cooked and there were not many other options to eat,」

「Very Good.」
