B&B Il Grappolo is a wonderful place to stay! It is like your own private villa with a beautiful view of the city from above. Maria and her daughter Angela are warm and friendly (but note Maria doesn't speak English at all). The breakfasts are excellent. Their dog barks a lot and may cause some concern when you first approach, but the owners calm it down. Important note: the B&B isn't in town where a taxi or bus can drop you off. Maria sent us a message saying the bus or taxi should drop us off at the bus stop in Piazza Caprile near the restaurant Il Boccone, and then it's a 15 minute walk to the B&B. But there's a LOT of stairs going up to the B&B along that (narrow) path, so if you have heavy luggage, it's actually better to be dropped off at the Piazza della Pace; although the walk is longer (about 25 minutes), it doesn't have stairs so you can roll your luggage.

Maria’s B&B is wonderful! Her place is quaint and in such a beautiful area! The view from her place is stunning! At first we were a bit overwhelmed with the walk from the drop off point while dragging our luggage. It only took once and we soon loved it! So beautiful with flowers, fruit trees, local gardens etc!! I will remember the aromatic clean air forever! Maria served us a wonderful breakfast and although she didn’t speak English she always had a big smile! She is very sweet and provides lovely, clean and comfortable accommodations! All so authentically Italian, just as we imagined!! We loved our stay!

We enjoyed a delightful stay at Il Grappolo B&B! The setting is charming, and the views from the large terrace where we had breakfast were breathtaking. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the wall of fragrant rosemary just outside the door to our room. which was clean, quiet and very comfortable. After our departure,we discovered that we had left a pair of eyeglasses behind. We asked Il Grappolo to send them quickly to our lodging in Venice, and were thrilled and grateful when the package arrived, averting a bit of a disaster! Many heartfelt thanks to everyone at Il Grappolo — we definitely hope to return!

Oh my goodness...where do i begin? This place was absolutely amazing! First its about a 15min climb to the house but when you get there its soooo worth the climb. Maria greeted us with some delicious cake & juice & her very friendly hospitality. She speaks only Italian but since we are latin we were able to understand her. OHHH THE VIEWS! We stayed in the Monte Solaro room & was very surprised how big the room & bathroom was. Outdated but very clean! Maria fed us breakfast every morning & boy did she feed us!! She kept coming out with fresh croissants, breads & cakes she baked. Her coffee was sooo good too. We didnt want to leave, lol. Highly recommend & you WILL NOT be disappointed! Would definitely stay here again! 👍👍😍

Our stay August 2022

This was a little gem, absolutely beautiful villa. Stunning views lemon trees, orange trees, pomegranates , Grapevines so gorgeous. Angela and her mum Maria made us feel so welcome , although they don't speak hardly a word of English, but Google translate was there to help no problem. It is a little off the beaten track but a path leads to anacapri centre about 15 minutes walk . This is an ideal place if your looking to relax and enjoy the scenery and quiet away from the crowds. I can't recommend it enough.

Maria was very gracious during our stay. She welcomed us with a wonderful mint cake and juice! She also prepared a great breakfast. Her home is extremely clean and is located in a very private location with beautiful views. Thank you for everything Maria!

Wonderful choice

Very quaint and charming place with amazing views. A very cozy breakfast was served in the morning by Maria. The place has been run by their family for several generations. Just a 2 minute walk to their neighbor, Cafe Sole Agritorismo where we had an amazing and memorable dinner.

Un très beau B&B très bien entretenu par toute une famille, avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Naples. Tout le monde est très gentil, le petit déjeuner est très bien avec fruits, gâteau, croissants, pain, etc. Les chambres et les salles de bain sont grandes et entièrement rénovées. À 10 min de marche du centre de Anacapri. Vraiment parfait!
