“We loved this hotel and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sorrento! It’s a little bit out of the city centre, which makes it very quiet and relaxing. The outdoor spaces (pool, restaurant, gardens) are beautiful and the staff is very kind and welcoming. “The location is amazing - close to so many fun spots and easy to navigate to. The panoramic suite we stayed in was spectacular. The pool and hot tub got used by us quite a bit, and they were nice to have access to, amd they were spotless. The best part was the service. Claudio and Antonio helped us set up dinner reservations, helped us with the room, helped with laundry and service items, even helped with some romantic touches for my fiancée and I. “Found out There was miscommunication at the beginning. I booked through Expedia and when communicating through the hotel we had established they would arrange pick up at train. Then my phone number went in WhatsApp and continued communication found out was with local caretaker who knew nothing of picking me up and gave me directions to walk there as only 15 minute walk. “My wife and I stayed here for two weeks. It was the perfect setting in the perfect location of Positano! Being only one flight of stairs from the street meant we were close to amazing shopping and restaurants. The views out the windows during the day and even at night were breathtaking.
