Everything was clean, staff was super nice and helpful, ac was good, shower was wonderful, parking was easy. For the price it’s a good hotel. Only thing is the beds aren’t super comfortable and the walls are a tad thin.

The hotel is super close to Disney it is walkable, but after a full day at the park you may just want to get an uber and it is pretty cheap to do so. That is the only real plus to this hotel. You really get what you pay for. The rooms are on the smaller side. Theres no table/desk to eat at if you wanted to. We had kids and took our own food for breakfast but it was hard for them to eat on the bed. The beds were not super comfy. The first night we arrived we were getting ready for bed when we heard a leak in the bathroom which started to puddle so we had to get switched to a different room. If you want comfort for a family I’d say this probably isn’t the best place to stay. If you want cheap and closeness to the park then it will do.

It's close to park, not walking close but definitely Uber worthy...you can walk to mickey and friends parking garage, that is close but also dangerous to walk across to get in....the hotel nice, spacious and clean. Friendly staff...

The hotel wasn’t too bad, we’ve stayed there 2x. the check in was good but it took 15 mins for our water to get warm for the shower, other than that it was good.

Upon check in we were excited to see the room we had booked as the photos of the property were beautiful! My kids were excited about the bunk beds and the new renovations looked very nice. I then noticed that things were not as clean as they should be. Marks on the light switches and near door knobs. Dirty marks on the bunk bed. What appeared to be a moldy baseboard near the shower. A square sink that does not drain well/appears to be difficult to clean as the corners had a black build up in them. The bunk bed also seemed to not be very sturdy, I noticed that where the mattress slats were screwed into the top bunk there was a bit of a gap and it seemed to be compromised. I did not realize this until the morning we were checking out. The plastic chair at the desk had leftover crumbs and food debris on it. Luckily I had brought my own disinfecting wipes and was able to wipe down our room, but I feel like this should not be necessary when checking into a hotel room. Especially one with such new renovations. Our exterior door also did not latch very well, when we returned to our room after being away for 7 hours my child turned the door knob before we used the key card and the door swung open. The hotel staff was attentive to this and checked on it right away, they were also going to have maintenance look into repairing it after we checked out. I was going to discuss my concerns when checking out but the front desk did not ask how my stay was and I was in a hurry to leave.

We stayed here for one night and were pretty disappointed with the overall experience. The furniture looked very cheap and worn, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable—it creaked loudly and felt like it might break. The hot water in the shower took a very long time to get warm, which was frustrating after a long day. Additionally, the listing stated the hotel was a 13-minute walk to Disneyland, but in reality it took us closer to 19 minutes, which is a noticeable difference when you’re tired. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, especially for the price and location.

It was a middle ground stay. What to consider, some reviewed the rooms and said they were dirty, bed bugs, thin walls, and I didn’t find that at all. I found a clean room with a modern design, comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. Now, the deal was okay, not great. The walk to Disney was 30 minutes, and the hotel doesn’t include breakfast. They also had a $10 a day parking fee which did catch us by surprise. But it is near Disney so nearly everyone charges for parking. This hotel is okay overall, nothing deserving of more than 3 stars.

Room was clean and staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately there was a problem with the water heater on our last couple days and we’re not able to shower before checking out. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

I had booked this hotel months ago when I knew I would be in Anaheim for the Disneyland Half Marathon weekend. All of the reviews were incredible, the room photos looked very updated and well kept, and it was walking distance to Disney. While I didn’t have a bad experience here per se, I definitely would not book again. After leaving my hotel room at 3am to run the Disneyland half marathon, I came back to no hot water to shower. I rinsed off quick in a very frigid shower and then went to Disneyland for the day. The staff informed me that they had someone working on the hot water situation and that they would hopefully have it back by night time. After a full day in Disney, I again came back to a room with no hot water at 10pm. I spent the next day in Disney as well, and by 9pm still had no hot water. It was not a great feeling ending such a fun trip with no hot water in my room for multiple days. From the reviews, this is not everyone’s experience. However, this was my first time ever in Anaheim, so it was not a great impression on where to stay next time. I also did not feel the room service was that well done. The bed was made everyday and fresh towels were put out, but things like the shower, sink, etc. definitely were not cleaned daily. The towel situation was also very inconsistent. Some days I had a full set of towels, other days I had shower towels but no wash cloths or hand towels. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay but I would not book again just from my experience.
