You are going to love this place
This place was amazing. We traveled with a large family, 5 adults, 2 children. This house had plenty of room for all us. We stayed 3 nights for our Disneyland trip. The Uber ride from John Wayne took about 30 minutes ($45) and about 15 mins ($15) to Disneyland. The house is on a corner of a busy street, but that did not bother me. Two other adults said the road noise was loud so you many want to bring earplugs. I slept right through. The beds are comfortable, the house is super clean, and the space can't be beat. The host communicated with us, even letting us know we could check in early if we wanted. There are extra strollers, booster seats, and outdoor sport balls. We walked to a nearby Vons for some groceries, walked to the Packing House for dinner, and found the neighborhood to be safe and so adorable. We all had a blast and would stay here again.

Quaint CLEAN home
First of all, this is the cutest and CLEANEST home! It also has all of the amenities you need (extra soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, hair dryers, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, etc). It was so nice to have a washer/dryer and the garage was a must have! It was a safe, quaint area so no need to worry about kids playing outside in the cutest fenced in yard. The only complaint we all had was the noise of the streets outside. This house is situated on a corner of two constantly used streets so cars were LOUD! The fire dept was also just down the street so that added to the noise. That being said, there were box fans in the house. We took those fans, turned them on and they perfectly drowned out the noise. Even knowing that there was noise, we would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Charming house with fabulous location
This house was perfect for our family of five! There was lots of space to cook meals, relax, and play games when we were there. When we were tired after a day at Disneyland, it was super convenient to be just a few minutes away. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the Packing District for meals and as well as grocery stores close by. We hope to stay there again sometime!

Family vacation
Those property was perfect for my family, we had my mother and our children ages 1-8 with us and it was so comfortable and beautiful. We were so close to Disney it was perfect. I would choose this property again when we return!

great stay
i absolutely loved the house and the design. i enjoyed everything about it, the host was easy to contact and replied promptly and politely. there weren’t any too crazy rules, everything understandable. the only complaint would be the long wait for the access code and wi-fi information. the app explains that we would get the information the morning of our stay but I had to message the host a few hours prior to arriving for the information. other than that, great!

The process was smooth. Communication with owner was easy, we really only contacted him right before we arrived, but was quick to answer. The house was noisy from outside traffic as others have said but it wasn’t too bad.

Perfect vacation home
This house has everything. The location is central to everything you need. The layout of the house is perfect for gathering. The kitchen is roomy. Two refrigerators. Large bathroom. Just perfect. We will definitely book here again.

Clean, historic property
The house was spotless with a well stocked kitchen and clean and comfortable linens and towels. Be aware that the house sits on a busy corner so you get some traffic noise but it’s not anything you can’t drown out with a fan. The only thing I would suggest is a couple full length mirrors in the bedrooms. . The mirrors in the bathrooms are very small with limited counter space and my teenage daughters struggled with getting ready with no mirrors. 😂 overall, great stay!

Great place to stay for a Disney trip
Our family of 6 stayed here in November for a week. Communication before the trip started was great. He sent a ton of info of the surrounding area and what it had to offer. Check in was fine with the clear instructions provided. Upon entry we found the house nice and tidy and air conditioned. Rooms were large, clean, and you could tell this place was renovated and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils,knives, cutting boards etc. I have seen others talk about the road noise but that was no issue for our family. Although it’s at the corner of an intersection, you couldn’t tell when inside. The area seemed safe enough to take a walk anytime of day. On the front porch and right on the steps outside of the kitchen you can partially see the fireworks display from Disney. The kids loved it and it was enough for us adults to enjoy a little. There’s so much more I could say about this place! We loved it and would stay again.

Great Place!
Great house in the historic district of Anaheim. Great outdoor space outback to have dinner or just hang out to talk and let the kids play. House was very clean and spacious. The host recommended the Packing House District for dinner (about a 10 minute walk from the house) and it did not disappoint! Would definitely stay at this home again.

We loved staying at this charming house. It had everything we needed. Perfect for our vacation.
The house was wonderful and perfect for our California stay with my husband, two teen/tween sons and my dad. We traveled to beaches, San Diego and Disneyland. It was wonderful having a home with full amenities like a kitchen, multiple bedrooms , outdoor patio and secure garage. Close to food , shopping, groceries and Disneyland parks. Highly recommend and would stay there again. We loved it.

Great location
We ubered to Disney every day and it was SO easy and fast (<10 mins) and the same price as parking. Pickup/drop-off locations are clearly marked and easy for Uber to find. The only negative about property is the road noise, esp in the front queen bedroom. Be sure whoever has that room can wear earplugs. Otherwise it was a GREAT place with plenty of space. Our big Expedition fit easily in the garage. Thx!

Lovely Home
This home is quite nice if you have little one's as it is set up perfectly with a monster theme bedroom. Very roomy and comfortable beds. The garage is great as doubles as game room. A quick 10-15 minute (traffic dependent) drive to disney. A bit of traffic noise as is on a busy street, but not problematic for us. Very pleased with the property. The check out is a bit early at 10 am just FYI if you like to sleep in.

Perfect place - close to Disneyland
Had a great time staying in Roberts property. It’s spacious and clean. Lots of space for a large group. We were 6 adults and 3 small children. Perfect with the secluded garden and space for kids to run around. Room to park 3 cars safe on the property. Robert is a great host that responds quickly and are taking care of his guests. Will absolutely come back to this property when we are in the area. The only little minor issue is a little noisy traffic but that’s easy taking care of - bring ear plugs!

Anaheim Family Christmas
We love this house. Our son, his wife and our granddaughter live nearby in Anaheim. This was the second time we stayed there. It is a very comfortable home and our family enjoys gathering there. One suggestion: the frying pan in the kitchen is very worn and tarnished. We had a very difficult time cleaning it. It seems that the non-stick properties have been worn away. We recommend replacing it. We do plan to rent this home in the future.

Great house!
Overall we loved the house, definitely will be back again with this one. Kids enjoyed the pool table and books, the house is well maintained. Great location, really close to Disneyland, other local food and shops. The only con I could say is the house is located on a busy street, if your a lite sleeper might be a problem, since I’m not a lite sleeper I was ok with it.

Wonderful home
Property owner had great communication prior to stay and the house had more than enough space for my family. The traffic around the house is very noticeable and you’ll experience copious amount of emergency vehicles with their sirens driving by. Overall, this house had everything we needed and would definitely consider coming back for future trips to Disney.

Very nice and clean property, had lots of space to accommodate our family. I read the reviews about noisy traffic but I didn’t expect it to be so loud. We had to use the box fans to drown out sounds from the traffic. The rooms were nicely decorated but the beds/ mattresses have seen better days. Tight small bathroom in master bedroom and Not enough counter space to put your things down. The rooms could use a tall standing mirror for getting ready. Kitchen needs a toaster. We had to toast our bread when making breakfast in the toaster oven. Close to grocery store and Disneyland which is a plus!

Pro: (1) The property owner is VERY accessible and did everything right to make our stay great. (2) Location is within five minutes of Disney, walking distance to the packing district and in a very nice neighborhood, close to I-5. (3) Roomy house with a very convenient detached garage. We were very comfortable with four people. CONS: (1) The master bedroom mattress has seen better days, but overall it works. (2) Broadway can be noisy at night with cars and motorcycles so we bought box fans to drown it out and it worked. The convenience is what matters with this home and convenient it is. We left with a very positive impression of Anaheim and a new distaste for LA traffic.

This house for our family of 6 so well! Very clean house that was just what we’d hoped for. We took an Uber to Disney and drove 30 minutes to the beach. Perfect location for walking to the Packing District! Would certainly stay here again!

Very convenient location and comfortable home, but with some street noise
We were in town for the ICE rink, so being only a couple minutes away was wonderful. Groceries and restaurants are within walking distance. There was plenty of space for us to sleep and spread our things out. I loved having the large dining table and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. The downsides are that at night, the noise from the street traffic and occasional firetruck/ambulance was too much light sleepers. I used a pair of ear plugs to bed and the problem was solved. The house was clean, but some parts of the kitchen and bathrooms could use either replacement fixtures or paint. Also, some of the towels had a light musty smell from when they are left slightly damp in the dryer for too long. None of these would deter me from staying again though.

Loved It!
We really enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage! We had a really quick trip and went to Disneyland and California the three days, so we were gone all day, but it had all of the comforts of home. It is super close to the Parks and Uber is totally the way to go. The location is perfect for everything you need. Close to stores, gas stations, and freeway access. We had 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 kids and we all had comfortable beds to sleep on. It was very spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. It was very clean and we loved having a garage to park our car in so it wasn’t sitting out on the street while we were gone. The dining table was actually big enough to accommodate all of us, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We only ate breakfast and one late night dinner at the house, but it was sure nice to have everything there. We would totally stay here again and recommend it for those who have large families like us. Robert was an excellent host and answered what little questions we had. Everything is so well organized that we had no problems at all.

Clean, Spacious
We stayed at this property for a week on a recent trip to Disneyland. It is well located for Disneyland patrons. We rented a van for this trip and there is private and safe parking in the back yard. The house is located in an excellent neighbourhood, close to grocery shopping and the Packing House District which a fun visit for adults and kids alike. This property is exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. As a light sleeper, I was somewhat apprehensive about the comments re traffic noise but it was not an issue. We especially appreciated the kitchen basics that are supplied and enjoyed the new stove and clean barbecue. The weather was colder than normal when we visited and were relieved to find extra blankets in all bedroom closets as well as a responsive thermostat and furnace. Kids loved the ping-pong table. Would absolutely recommend.

OUR STAY IN ANAHEIM
THE LOCATION WAS VERY CONVENIENT TO OUR ACTIVITIES IN THE LOCAL AREA . THE HOME WAS IN A NICE HISTORICAL NEIGHBORHOOD, WITH A PARK ACROSS THE STREET. THE HOME IS QUITE COMFORTABLE , AND WELL SUPPLIED FOR BASIC NEEDS . THE GARAGE WAS A NICE BONUS , WITH A POOL/PING PONG TABLE FOR OUR DOWN TIME . THE OWNER WAS VERY RECEPTIVE TO ANY REQUESTS. --- OUR THANKS FOR AN ENJOYABLE WEEK.
