The two front desk services were good. But the rooms bathroom toilet and microwave and the coffee maker were all really really dirty. And the bedding was very uncomfortable. And one of the windows only showed trash and junk. It was the worst feeling. And there was no kettle.

Clean room for the most part, a couple of fruit flies when we first checked in. Fridge & microwave worked properly which is always good (and important). Large room but no extra seating except 1 chair and no table for eating (just desk) but the room was big enough to fit a small table at least which would free up desk area from piling up with food. Sheets and pillowcases felt stiff and pillows were not fluffy or full (not a lot of support) and A/C smelled musty like there may be a build up of dust. The door had to be slammed shut the first 2 days to close properly. Friendly staff, accommodating to our extra guest for parking who stayed just 1 night of our 5 night stay. Good location for the event we were attending.

I liked the property and would stay here again. What I didn't care for was the quality of the soap/shampoo/conditioner products. It seemed a very low quality. But if you have the time a CVS and Walmart are ten minutes away.

I stayed in the family suite w my mother and daughter and it was very spacious! Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and tv all worked great. Easy to reach out to front office simply by texting them when i needed fresh towels etc. Overall was a great experience w very sweet staff. Room was clean and beds were comfy.. we did not take advantage of breakfast that im pretty sure was free every morning? Not 100% sure about that. About a 7 min walk to the convention center, so that was convenient.

Room was very clean and I was pleasantly surprised at all the amenities included. Such as a microwave! A lot of new hotels and big resorts don’t have those anymore or they are by request! The close proximity to everything also makes this a perfect destination.

We liked that they have a 24 hour front desk. The staff that we encountered were amazing. They held our bags for us as we got there before check-in time. But if we wanted to, we could have checked in early. They do charge a minimal hourly fee to check in early. We opted to just have them hold our bags. The room was fantastic! We were given an ADA compliant room on the first floor. (We reserved a 2 Queen room) It was SO spacious! The room was clean. You can opt to have daily housekeeping or not. We chose not to. We were able to pick up extra towels as needed. We preferred the first floor because we were on an extended trip with lots of large suitcases. So my hubby was very happy with that! 😃 There were a couple of nights in which we could hear the people above us stomping about their room, but it was not a problem for us as we use the Calm app with white noise so we can sleep without interruptions anyway. If you are a light sleeper on the first floor, you might want to do something similar or use earplugs. The room was one of the best we've stayed in at the Disneyland Resort Good Neighbor hotels. We look for clean, easy/decent walking distance, good staff and a place to crash. If you are looking for similar, this is a place you would probably enjoy staying at. There are no dirty carpets. The floor is like laminated vinyl flooring which works for us. Microwave & fridge worked well. Shower was hot & good with tall showerheads. The walking to DL was about 15mins. We'll be back!
