Each staff member I interacted with was helpful and kind. The girl who checked us in was cheerful and sweet. I loved that she wore Mickey ears. So cute. The lobby was pleasant and clean. We enjoyed the pool area too! Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Although some parts of the hotel seemed a little dated, you could tell it was well maintained and clean. We all enjoyed our stay!

My boyfriend and I were there recently this early September and we had the best stay! We really appreciated how above and beyond they went for us to make our anniversary celebration really special. The staff was friendly and kind. The pool was really clean! Overall, we are more likely to stay here again when we come back and visit Disneyland.

The staff and 24h pool access was amazing. However, our room had a leak in the ceiling and when we moved to a new room, it was noticeably dirty with trash under the furniture and mud and hair in the bath. Also due to the location next to the highway it is quite loud throughout the day and night. No free breakfast here despite listing on expedia. If you bring a car it’s $34 a day to park.

We arrived late at night, but the staff was still welcoming and prepared for our check-in. They have laundry, free cold water, and a 24-hour pool. The lobby was clean, and the rooms were generally clean as well. The only issue we had was that the free Wi-Fi did not connect; perhaps it was because our room was in the corner. However, we could not connect to the hotel wifi and our own data was spotty in the room. I will also mention the shower had amazing pressure and heat, but the shower curtain was fabric no plastic so there was some spillage.

The stay itself was wonderful I just wish that whoever cleaned our room before we went in there would have cleaned under the or behind the furniture 'cause we wanted to put our beds together so when I moved the beds there was a lot of dirt under the bed furniture and when I moved the furniture where the fridge is there was a lot of dirt behind it as well

O. Expedia it said there was a shuttle- there is no shuttle service. Our room did not get serviced either day we were there. They picked up towels and made beds and that was all. Did not replenish clean ice buckets, glasses, or coffee cups. The front staff was very helpful. The rooms do not look like the ones on line- older and not updated.

Room: -Didn’t felt as clean/sanitized. There were a couple of mosquitoes inside the room, a spider in the bathroom, and a couple of other flying bugs. -AC leaks water inside the room -Some mysterious blood stain on the floor -Old blood stain by the sink mirror (probably from previous visitors flossing) Property: -Mosquitoes in the property -stepped/smeared Dog poop on the ground by the side gates/entrances

short easy walk to disneyland across one road and down one street along the side of the park. lovely staff, free water bottles in room each day. comfy beds in large rooms, smaller bathroom but great water pressure and heat in shower with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel provided. slight noise from the road at times but earplugs provided if needed! will return
