不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
Very sketchy hotel in a very sketchy neighborhood. My teenager and I didn’t feel safe and I was worried about my car being parked there for both nights. There were homeless walking freely around the property and staff was pretty much nonexistent. The office stayed locked the entire time we were there and I only spoke with a staff member at an outside check-in window on the first night. I tried to call the office a few times with questions and never got an answer. The hotel room walls were paper thin and we got to enjoy the loud and extended fun-times sounds from the room next door, which went late into the night on the first night. No coffee, no tissues, no hairdryer, no toiletries to speak of, no microwave, one towel/washcloth. Dirty, inside and out. The website suggested that there would at least be coffee available in the lobby, but again, that was locked the entire time we were there.
We stayed there for a last minute two-night Disneyland trip. There was a large cheerleading competition the same weekend, so there weren’t a whole lot of options for hotels. From the pictures on Expedia, this hotel looked like it would be perfectly fine for a couple of nights. I’m NOT picky, but this was rough.
Sidenote: the hotel is several miles from Disneyland and we paid about $20 each way for an Uber.
