「 The best feature is the view of the ocean and the sunset from the balcony. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is fine with great water pressure. The balcony screen doors are old and need replaced. Suggest labeling TV remotes (ours were switched) and making sure they have working batteries. We had to buy some. Overall a good spot if a little worn down. 」

「The unit only had 2 beds. We had reserved space for 6 individuals. 2 of us had to sleep on the floor. The Units not good for Elderly- too many steps to the beach and a huge hike back up the 50 stairs to the unit. If you have a second Vehicle- you are out of luck. I was asked to park second vehicle near by as per management for a fee but was asked to move several times which was a huge inconvenience.
