The hotel was beautiful, very clean nice amenities 5* and the staff were fantastic! The restaurant food was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "We got to the property late , we informed the desk that we are running late . Not properly maintained property . Their bed Sheets towels , pilllows are full of stain and dirty . No coffee service anything you ask they don’t have. Expedias reputation will go if you keep this property in the list . "

There was a brief interruption in the internet service for a few hours, but it was resolved promptly. While there is no cellular network in the area—similar to many hilly regions in Kerala—the internet connection adequately compensates for it, allowing guests to stay connected if needed. The resort is located about 12 km from Munnar city, and the drive through scenic tea plantations makes the journey delightful.
