“Our room was beautiful, well lit and nicely appointed. We appreciated the small round table with two chairs (so often there’s only one) and individually controlled lights on each side of the bed. The open air (so to speak) closet is well conceived. Two (overhead locker sized) roller board suitcases, when opened, fit perfectly side by side on the low shelf. Drawers below provide ample space for those who wish to unpack. And, the space below that is perfect for shoes. We also appreciated “quiet”……

“Based in a fabulous converted old house with an inner courtyard based in the centre of La Laguna within four minutes walk of the cathedral. We had originally booked Manila suite but, on reading reviews about noise (although apparently it has now been double glazed) and speaking with the property, we decided to upgrade to the Amaro Pargo suite, which was lovely and spacious and at the back of the property, with a large balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and beautiful glazed balcony……

“We had a room with a balcony over looking the pool it was clean the bed was very comfortable but terrible pillows room was a nice size it was nice having a balcony but the noise from the traffic was loud when sitting outside the shower wasn’t great not a lot of pressure and very hard water wish I’d brought my conditioner because the water made my hair really dry pool was lovely but I can’t imagine what it would look like in the summer months because there are not enough lounger’s and the area is……

“No assistance w luggage until heavily prompted upon checking in. Then none at all upon checkout. Taxi called was too small even though a large one to contain wheelchair was requested from the front desk.”

“Fue un estancia relativamente buen, lastimosamente las personas que se hospedaron en la habitación de al lado se peleaban mucho, aventaban cosas y al estar pegadas las habitaciones no logramos descansar, la división del balcón no es del todo independiente y por lo antes mencionado, mejor evitamos salir, lo cual fue incomodo ”
