"The was one of our favorite places to stay at! The rooms were gorgeous and the views were breathtaking. All of the staff were extremely friendly, chill, and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend if you’re visiting the sacred valley or acclimating to the climate."

"Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. ..."
