“It was a cool looking hotel. I felt the staff weren’t too helpful though. They didn’t really make us feel like home. The restaurant was okay, a bit slow. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. Our room was big, and the blanket was definitely warm. Hot shower. Great. My favourite thing was the observatory experience with David Rivas Romero. This is only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (I think) so we got lucky as we were okay there one night. Worth it. He was so nice and educational. We’ve never……

“I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations. The waitstaff at the restaurant were kind and attentive. And, I tried a lamb shank with mashed yucca and it was flavorful and delicious. The included breakfast also had a great assortment……

“Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Ollantayambo. We stayed in a ‘bungalow’ which was on 2 floors. Kingsize bed with bathroom and seating area upstairs and double bedroom, bathroom and living area downstairs and very nicely furnished with good views over the countryside. There was a small kitchen area with a microwave but bizarrely no crockery or cutlery. Kettle and teabags supplied but no coffee(!) Set in expansive gardens with alpacas wandering freely around. Comfortable room but beware the train……

“Royer was great! He got us to the train station and made sure we saw the town before we boarded for Machu Pic”

“I really liked the staff, each of them. They ask me in advance when I’d have my meal, they are attentive, and they’re kind and honest people. The dog and cats at this property contributed to a friendly atmosphere as well.”

“We have a wonderful vacation with family. Great place”

“great”

“Beautiful ancient location with modern features and amazing garden with stunning view on the mountains around the hotel. Very friendly and adequate staff. Would love to come again!!”

“We booked a quadruple room with a 2nd floor (like a loft) for 4 people in Oct 2026. Two double beds on ground floor and two twins on loft. My adult children tried to sleep on the upper deck but was too hot. The room has no AC but without screens on the sliding door, opening them to sleep drew in lots of bugs. So the 4 of us ended up sleeping on 2 double beds, which was tight. Otherwise, the amenities in the room were fine. The buffet breakfast selection was reasonable. You can made to order eggs……

“Una atención súper personalizada de su propietario nos hizo la estadía muy acogedora.”

“Clean and safe. Great staff, limited breakfast. Large room and good shower.”

“I stayed one day/night at this hotel, and the experience was fantastic. This is not a luxury hotel, but the views, gardens, and food were excellent! The staff at the restaurant were kind, friendly, and respectful.”

“Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut, mit frischen Obst und Säfte. Das Dorf ist sehr gut erreichbar mit Minivans und Mototaxis. Essen gehen würde ich eher in Urubamba empfehlen. Aber das Beste war das King Size Bett mit Daunendecke.”

“We absolutely loved staying at Luis’ place! The area is quiet and the view from our room was incredible. The place is located a bit outside the city but we had dinner at a nice vegetarian cafe nearby (which was great even though we’re not vegetarians). Luis was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are modern and some of the best we have experienced in Peru. Such great value for money. The WiFi worked great as well!”

“The service, the food, and concierge service is amazing. The property itself is beautiful. The staff is great. Bruno is an amazing host. They really take care of you and want you to have a great experience. I booked several activities with their concierge service after coming from Machu Picchu. They accommodated some last minute requests and I am so happy that I used their concierge service instead of looking elsewhere to explore the Sacred Valley. They have the best communication and I……
