“Great view. excellent service. Very courteous staff.
However this is an older property under renovation. I did not know about renovations until at the property. Many features did not work.
No swimming pool (outdoor) despite being advertised on Expedia and all sites.
Room safe did not work and was not bolted
Room heating did not work since there was leakage from balcony door
There was no lobby to walk, mingle since everything was under construction

The breakfast spread was very nice and the food menu was awesome - both Ala carte and In-room dining. A great location opposite Ghat No.2 at Dal gate and just 30mts from Srinagar airport.”
“Hot water and Room heater facility 24 hours available. Restaurant staff and food quality is very good. No view from rooms. Before main entrance gate there is another property and because of that some times vehicle can not reach upto the main entrance of hotel.”
