Pool deck area was dirty and unsanitary (trash, used band aids, visibly soiled towels lying on the floor!) Also there were no pool towels available even if I’d opted to enter the pool. Lobby, breakfast atea and hallways were very cold. Room appeared to be fairly clean and functional. Front desk staff were pleasant but also freezing (wearing parka and had space heater).

The Hotel is not recommended. It is filthy trash in the parking lot. The pool is trashed, with hair and trash in it. Some kids were throwing batteries into it. There is an armed security guard who made the place feel really safe 😳 This Hotel is nothing like the pictures stay away

We brought pizza with us that needed to be microwaved but the microwave didn’t work. The microwave also looked like it had been pried open at one point. We called the front desk and the woman up front acted very annoyed that there was issues with the microwave. She sent up the maintenance guy who seemed to live in the hotel. He was kind. After the microwave situation, I did a walk through of the room and noticed that other than the room not being vacuumed, the phone cord had hair wrapped in it, a cab drive receipt, a bottle cap, and small trash was on the floor. The chair was worn down and there was no outlet cover one one outlet. We overlooked the bad for the pool amenity. I called the hotel prior to booking to confirm that the pool was open and the front desk woman said yes. We got in the pool and the water was FREEZING cold. Like dangerously cold. My daughters lips turned dark blue! I walked to the front desk woman and told her about it and she basically said she didn't care. I got upset with her that she told me over the phone that the pool was open and she said, “yes the pool is open. You didn't ask if it was warm”. We ended up leaving shortly after that. We did not stay the night. The pool amenity needs to be removed from the amenities here. I wanted to leave this review earlier but I believe that had I done that, they would've charged my debit card for something I did not do. This place is shady!

Some of the amenities were missing such as shampoo and body lotion, also there was no hunger in the room. Moreover, the lady at the front desk is so cold and unprofessionals, when I asked her if there is a post box around, she said “I know there is one in this neighborhood but I do not know where.” Then the conversation ended. She was not helpful, not friendly at all.

Do not stay here, the rooms had blood stains, beard hair and metal furniture instead of cushioned. ceiling lights ripped out and replaced with floor and table lighting. All of the first floor rooms are connected with eachother as if it was a serial killer's hotel. Homeless people in and out the building, the pool is unsanitary along with the laundry room. only two washers two dryers but their always filled with a crap tone of laundry from someone else, shoeless people were posted in that room laying on the floor and the key to my room got locked out many times. It feels so unsafe here and the staff are ill mannered.

Stained bed sheets , stained bathroom towels , location was within an active railyard trains sounding horns every three hours during the night. More like a halfway house then a hotel. Would not recommend .

Absolutely do not stay here. The area is not safe. The cops were at the hotel every single night of our 4 night stay. People were getting arrested in the actual hotel. They let homeless people sleep in their breakfast area so you’ll be eating their subpar breakfast right next to the homeless people. The hotel staff was not helpful — they cancelled one of our rooms in our room block and sent them to another hotel without telling us until we were checking in after our flight at 1 am. They ended up insisting on simply giving us a roll away bed for the night instead of an actual room, but still charged us for that night’s stay even though we weren’t able to stay in an actual room. The room itself was a nightmare — TV didn’t work, outlet chargers didn’t work, and the sink was clogged. Upon checking out, they tried to charge us an extra $50 for a “window screen being broken” which was just simply a lie on their part, and I will be refuting that with the hotel and my credit card company. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel and I do not recommend this to anyone under any circumstances.
