An unkept accommodation. Bathroom faucet was broken, toilet seat was broken off of the bowl, light fixture did not work in the bathroom, bedroom floor litter had not been cleaned since the previous booking. An uncomfortable place to stay. Not sure, but it appeared like it may be used as low income housing.

I have stayed all over the planet. This was the worst place I have ever booked a room. We did not stay. We got a different room at a different place. I asked for a refund and got no response. I am stunned that this place is even available on Expedia. It was a lesson learned the hard way. Shame on you, Expedia!

The floor was cracked everywhere and sticky. Cigarette burns on the bathtub and floor. Coffee pot was filthy, windows dirty and the place was noisy. Someone was continually screaming at 1am and the police were called.

This is one of the most affordable places to stay in Anchorage - so if you need to crash for a night after a long flight, it is serviceable. The property is very rough, lots of holes in the wall, broken items in the bathroom, cigarette burns on the sheets, and not really maintained very well at all. If you have any allergies or sensitives - avoid. The rooms do not have A/C but ours did have an old fan we cold put in the window. If you are thinking this will be like a lower 48 Hampton Inn or Comfort Inn, guess again, its several steps down from that. We did have a fine stay though - we were pretty beat and needed the rest and the staff is very nice.

Bullet holes in the door. Blood under the toilet seat. Ceiling was moldy. Smoke detector was yanked out the ceiling. Floor was filthy. Lamp was bent. Wall light cord was cut. No screens in the windows. Perfect place to shoot up or get shot at.

We regret booking this hotel. The property is poorly maintained and appears neglected by management. The stairs leading to our room were dirty, and the room itself was in unacceptable condition: stained walls, stained shower head and tub, stained flooring, dirty windows, and a TV that barely worked. Despite being a non-smoking room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When we requested a different room, the hotel refused to accommodate us. Spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else. We learned our lesson.

I always hate to give a review that's not good, and a lot of times I don't. However, I really feel like I should weigh in on this one. The pros: When we had interaction with them, the staff were kind and helpful. There was heat and hot water. The cons: I'm just going to say.... I feel like they are totally misrepresented on Expedia. The pictures look nothing like any of it. They seem to be making an effort to make improvements, but they've got a long way to go.
