This condo has the perfect blend of modern style and rustic comfort and is the ideal place for a couple or small family to make their temporary home for their Alaska vacation. Throw a log into the wood-burning fireplace for a cozy evening of relaxing on the couch as a movie plays on the flatscreen TV. You can also spend your mornings out on the balcony with a hot cup of coffee as you take in the gorgeous mountain views.

What's nearby:
This home sits just blocks away from the nearest lift to the top of Alyeska Ski Resort, making it any ski bum's dream location. Spend your winter vacation hitting the slopes to your heart's content with your VIP access to the mountain. Shopping and dining aren't far either, as Girdwood Town Square is just over a one-mile drive. The surrounding Chugach State Park offers many hiking and mountain biking trails close by as well. If you find yourself wanting a bit more urban action, make the scenic 41.2-mile trek to Anchorage where you will find waterfront parks, a zoo, museums, and much more.

I didn't want to leave.
This property was the best thing I didn’t know I needed. We were in awe of how well maintained, clean, organized, quiet, warm, and beautifully decorated it was. The owners paid attention to ever detail perfectly. From the tome we booked to the time we left they were very attentive to our needs making sure everything we needed to know was in order. I want to thank you all for everything, this trip was a great reset from the crazy world we now live in and the space provided us with the opportunity to retreat and spend some well needed quality time together. We will definitely be back. This is a must book property for anyone asking.

We ended up with a late checkin time and perhaps because of that. That's where our trouble started. We never got a checkin envelope at the Vacasa office described in the email I got. We had to call customer service two separate times to get the correct information required to enter the property. Later on we found out we could have gotten towed because we needed a parking permit at the building we stayed at. Then at check-out we got locked out of the buildings security door after the trips back and forth to our vehicle and the room, so we couldn't complete our end of check-out. In the future I would suggest making it a priority of the management company to make sure the envelope is where it is supposed to be and all information required of the stay at the property inside the envelope. Other than the check-in and check-out, we had a fantastic time and the property itself was amazing. Thank you

Condo Great! Building, not so great.
Once inside, the Condo is clean and freshly updated. Very nice kitchen, eating area, furniture, living room, and flexible layout. The trick to this place is the building it's in is just tired.

Have stayed here in past years and i think the condo was recently remodeled with fast internet, new washer drier, perfect kitchen and everything sparking. Almost too much for one person, but as a week long get-away to do some work away from the usual work environment this was perfect. VACASA did a good job of handling the property
