From barbecuing your fresh trout catch on the lake to playing at the park just a few steps out your front door, you really can't go wrong with this location. When you're not out exploring the adventures Alaska has to offer, you can feel right at home with the beautiful scenery on the lake in the middle of Anchorage.

Comfortable Accommodations
Nick has done a very nice job remodeling this half of his duplex. All newer fixtures & flooring throughout. The property was very clean when we arrived. Good customer service is a high priority for us and Nick provides that. It is so nice have the owner of the property right next door if something goes wrong unlike so many rental agencies that a difficult to contact and slow to respond. Both king beds provided a relaxing nights sleep.

Nick your home is beautiful. Thank you for sharing it with us. Great location. Love the scenery in backyard that leads to the lake. The home is very clean. We would love to stay again sometime. Nick was very kind and responsive when I had any question. I am glad we choose to stay here.

Lake House
Booking and contacting owner was easy and quick. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Our only issue was the ensuite bathroom only had a tub without shower. We were 4 adults sharing one shower which was a little inconvenient for us.
