Great base for Anchorage exploration

This condo was perfect for a family, or combine with the downstairs unit for a larger family or Scout Troop. A few minutes drive from tourist attractions.

Great!

Love this house, I have stayed here multiple times and the layout, amenities and location are great. Neighborhood has been very quiet every time I’ve stayed. Very comfortable when traveling with kids or groups.

This property was well maintained and very clean. We had friends stay in the adjoining unit and it was perfect. The yard was great for our dog. Overall, it was a great stay!

We were not able to check in until one and a half hours after listed time condo would be available. There was a lot of damage to condo; hole in wall on stairway; damaged pet entry ; screen on sliding glass door off; vertical blinds missing; loose cabinet hinges; lack of cooking pots; lack of kitchen cleaning supplies; dryer had note to use dryer downstairs which was not hooked up;

Stairway Getaway

Managed by a Portland company who never responded until 5 days later. This is a newly remodeled older home in an older neighborhood that wreaks of pot. The roads were never plowed during the heavy snow the whole week I rented property and no shovel available. Inside is nice and clean and showers were great. Dryer doesn’t work properly. 12 stairs to condo and another 12 inside of condo. Nice and warm inside. Paper thin walls so you could hear and feel the renters next door. Will not rent again.

It was so wonderful, my first experience of staying in a real house instead of a hotel. Everything was great, only setback was no nightstand in the master bedroom. But all in all, great. My girls and sister wished they all lived in that place. 😁

Nice place!

Our family of 4 stayed here for two nights and it was great. Each teen had their own room. The place was clean and conveniently located while not being downtown, which was also nice. There was a problem with the dishwasher but they made it up to us. It had everything we needed and more, but black-out curtains in the master bedroom would make it even better. I think there were people staying next door too but it still felt private enough for us.

Easy stay, centrally located

The townhouse is centrally located in Anchorage, making it easy to run errands, visit museums, and find nearby places to eat out. The place is clean, fresh, and bright. Completely easy and comfortable stay - and with three bedrooms and three bathrooom options it was ideal for a group of work colleagues traveling together. Thanks for offering such a great place to stay.
