Appreciated the change of the room to double bed. Front desk ladies are friendly, helpful and kind. We enjoyed the breakfast waffles and we would definitely stay at Puffin again. Location is great with restaurants literally across the street.

Parking was terrible. No snow was plowed foot thick ice holes and no spots available. Dirty elevator where i found a crackpipe shoved in to the ceiling. Dirty floors in the elevator, empty cans on the floor. Homeless people in breakfast and police called several times. Bathroom fan broken, low water ...
