“Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. There were no instruction sheets on how to run theTV and there was no information as to amenities such as the laundry. Refrigerator did not appear to be functioning properly as food seemed warm even though temperature was cranked to lowest setting. It did start cooling the final day.
