“Great place, clean and quiet.”

“Pictures are nothing like what is online. Room was dirty. Appliances were falling apart and also dirty. Room is infested with roaches. You will find them crawling everywhere; walls, refrigerator, etc. This hotel should change the pictures of their online listing, it’s so bad it could turn into a legal issue. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the staff was accommodating and helpful. ”

“ The problem is that they check me out before my actual checkout date. Then they claim my key just stopped working and come up with all kinds of excuses.”

“The facility is beautiful, but there is no visibility of staff. We had several mechanical issues with dishwasher, washing machine and the Internet. We were able to resolve the Internet issue. But the dishwasher was never fixed during the four nights we stayed and our clothes. Locked in the washer. We could not get anyone to come and fix so we had to leave our items there. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t heard back from anyone to retrieve my belongings.”
