“The condo was great - very clean and well equipped. The host, John, provided clear details about parking, building entry locations, and everything else we needed to know. The condo's location was fantastic. We walked all around the beautiful downtown area where there was an abundance great restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to a place to rent bikes and enjoyed a long ride on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. There is plenty to do and see in the area, and this was a great home base.”

“This apartment got the job done but has a few things that would make a long term stay annoying. It smells pretty musty in there so we lit candles the whole time, we couldn't open windows as most of the screens had holes in them. The fan for the AC unit was so loud outside the first bedroom it was a treat to walk outside and not hear it anymore. Also, the bathroom sink in the first bathroom leaks so badly if you have it on while brushing your teeth water gets everywhere. I dont know that we would……

“First off the place is very nice and is located in a beautiful location near the lake. I don't like giving negative reviews. It has great potential I just believe that whoever the owner is paying to clean and prep the place is dropping the ball. Upon arrival the place wasn't very clean. There were used to Clorox wipes laying all around and the rug hasn't been vacuumed. The listing showed that soap and shampoo would be provided and it wasn't. Luckily my son had brought some. “Absolutely fabulous! We came for a short stay and were delighted with the uniqueness of this property. Eclectic mix of industrial modern and vintage. Abbeville is a delightful friendly town and we happened to be there on their annual Hogs and Hens festival. Great eateries (highly recommend Refuel) and cute coffee and antique shops. Lots of history in Abbeville (old churches, cemeteries, museums). Conveniently located to the center of town. Wonderful host. We loved our stay and would definitely……
