「Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place....

「Me and my family enjoyed our weekend getaway!!」

「We take a yearly friends and family trip every summer. Typically we go on a float trip but decided to do a lake trip this year. We knew we would need a large house as our group consisted of 15 adults and this house was more than perfect. We did have a couple of small issues and the property manager was right on top of getting them fixed. I would not hesitate to stay here again. 」

「We were in town for a ladies golf tournament and wanted a place to sit by water in evening and have short drive the next morning to Shangri-La. This waterfront condo was perfect! The comfort level is off the charts, one of the cleanest VRBO's I've stayed at on a lake. This would also be great for a fishing trip, there are boat docks within walking distance and a pool a few steps from your porch.. If you need anything from town, it's a short drive. Our stay was great and we will definitely book...

「The house fit our needs perfectly. Beds were comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the screened in deck. We ate our meals out there. Although the location is a few miles from Bella Vista town center and a few miles of windy roads to the house, it was very close to a swimming pool. We own a lot in BV and could swim there. I am not sure if you have to be a property owner to do so. We enjoyed at a yard falls and many other activities in the area. We plan to return next summer. Thank you VRBO.」
