“The property was beautiful and clean. The host was very helpful and the check in process was smooth.”

“The cottage was as advertised , dog friendly too .The driveway was a challenge with a 23 foot boat. The weather was terrible. It started raining as soon as we got there. The next day forecast was rain so I wound up just hooking onto my boat and going back to Ohio.We were only there one night , so depressing . All due to the weather . Had been looking forward to this trip for months . Nice place and dog friendly , just tight driveway to back a boat into . Would be better off to rent a slip and……

“Get good communication, clean property, and close enough to town to get everything you need. Will stay again”

“Check in was very easy amazing little place. Loved the mornings going out to the porch and hearing the birds chirping. Definitely coming back and staying again ”

“Very cute and well maintained house! We had the power go out during our stay due to a bad storm and Halo was great and quickly responded and made sure it was handled properly! ”

“A cute, updated house to use as a home base in the area with everything you need! The house was clean and well maintained, and the host was extremely responsive and communicative. It was 2 adults and a 4 year old and worked well for all of us--We loved our visit!”

“The place was clean and cozy. The host very nice and had great communication all through the process. We got to Knoxville early and they let us come early which was quite nice. Our dog felt at home there. The bed in the main bedroom was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Such a nice little hidden gem! It was clean, and despite being tiny it felt very spacious for two people and a service pup. I was originally worried when I saw the listing said no pets, since I do have a service dog who accompanies me, but the host was very accommodating and helpful! It isn’t far from a main road, but it’s separated by a beautiful creek and bridge, it quiets down at night and the hot tub is perfect! We definitely are planning on coming back sometime!”

“Stayed here for a quick trip to Knoxville. Location was great for where my appointment was located and loved the hot tub! Would recommend this house and would stay here again.”

“Fantastic in every way. Interestingly quirky without being weird. Quiet. Great lighting. Convenient parking.”

“Over all we were happy with our stay here, good location close to downtown restaurants! Thanks happy customer!”

“We had a great stay! Cute little place, perfect for what we needed!”

“Clean, affordable, close to restaurants and shops”

“This was a great little get a away spot. It was clean and cozy and met our needs perfectly.”

“The boathouse is in a roof over marina that helped keep the heart down when sitting up on the deck. While many other boats, there wasn't many people coming and going. The inside was clean and efficient as one would expect s large boat to be. We only stayed one night but was very nice and within walking distance from downtown restaurants, etc”
