"Absolutely — here’s a warmer, more detailed version that highlights how exceptional the staff was during a difficult situation: Outstanding Service and Exceptional Care We had an excellent experience at this hotel, especially during an unexpected and difficult situation. Unfortunately, we became sick during our stay, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The front desk was incredibly attentive and helpful. They coordinated for a doctor to come directly to our room, which was extremely convenient and reassuring given that we were not feeling well. The doctor who came to see us was fantastic—professional, caring, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure we received the proper attention and care. The entire hotel team showed genuine concern and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service made a stressful situation much easier. We are truly grateful for the exceptional attention and assistance we received. Thank you to the entire team, especially the front desk, for taking such wonderful care of us. We highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!"

"Our stay at the Marriott in Quito was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly professional, courteous, friendly, and attentive from the moment we arrived until our departure. Everyone was helpful and genuinely made us feel welcome. The entire property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, including the lobby, common areas, and lovely koi ponds. We upgraded our room to include Executive Lounge access, which was absolutely worth it. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and well organized. We especially loved the balcony and the amazing views of Quito. Housekeeping was also exceptional, with great attention to detail each day. The bed was large and comfortable, and the room was very quiet, making it easy to relax and sleep well. My only small suggestion would be softer bedsheets, as they felt a little rough. Aside from that minor detail, we truly had no complaints. I would 100% recommend the Marriott Quito for families, business travelers, couples, or anyone visiting the city. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, great food, and genuinely friendly staff made our stay memorable. We would absolutely stay here again!"
