I reached out to you to try to retrieve my money or to at least get a credit so I could visit Portugal and stay at the Villa Marquez a week or so later. You responded that you had tried to reach them but they refused. I do not understand why you are now asking me for my review of the stay. You are already informed that I was unable to visit.
