This special and lovely countryside house is ideal for families, couples or friends who are nature lovers looking for disconnect. The outdoors are so quiet and you will feel very peaceful and relaxed after swimming at its 5m x 3m chlorine swimming pool, with an 1.70 depth, surrounded by a very nice area, perfect to prepare a delicious barbecue and have a wonderful dinner with your loved ones trying a nice glass of typical wine and feeling the Majorcan breeze. The property is all fenced, and you will find beautiful gooses in a enclosed corner.
This house decoration is modest but very nice, and you will find all the necessary amenities that you might need during your stay. It disposes of a comfortable dining-room, with a satellite TV (english channels) and a stone fireplace and mediterranean style wood. It is open to the equipped gas kitchen. In this floor you will find one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bathroom has acces to the hallway too. Additionally, on the first floor, there is a second bathroom with a shower and a second bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms dispose of wardrobes. You will also find a cot, a high chair, a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. In summer, the mountain area of the island is very cool, but there are 3 fans and AC in each room. In case it gets too cool, there is also central heating.
It is a very special area where you will be able to enjoy the nature to the maximum. For the adventurous ones, near the house you will find Sa Coma Freda route, a wonderful trip with idyllic spots. The house is located not far from Andratx where you will find restaurants and bars, shops, supermarkets. At only 5km distance there is Puerto de Andratx, perfect for activities as canoeing or sailing. Is a bit more luxurious area surrounded by unforgettable coves like Cala Marmassen, Cala Racó or Cala de S'Aritja, and different beaches.
