"The house is a great meeting place for a large family. The courtyard was great for the kids because it’s completely fenced in. They enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the guest house does not have a full bathroom and the house is a little rundown. Other than that, Our family enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed in Hobbs over the weekend for a Mother's Day baseball tournament. This house had plenty of room and was extremely clean. Absolutely no complaints! The host even had some breakfast supplies, beverages in the fridge and snacks! We slept in so we didn't get to make breakfast. This house was so cozy and I highly recommend over a hotel if you have to stay in Hobbs."

"My adult daughter her handicapped adult son and I stayed at the VRBO. We were expecting another family that did not come due to health issues. Even if they had come there, would have been plenty of room for everyone. House was well equipped, with plenty of linens, and well laid out."

The house was spotless and had everything that we needed. We stayed during some bad weather and having an empty garage to park in was a huge bonus! The host was amazing with their communication and accommodations. Best host we have ever been in contact with hands down. If we travel back to Midland we won't hesitate to stay here again!"
