About this property
Cottage in Vitali, Andros, Cyclades ΕΣΛ-1166K92001035001
- The property is located 14 km from the port of Gavrio, in the small settlement of Vitali, on the northeastern side of the island. Vitali is well known for its beautiful beach, just 4 km from the house. At the beach, you will find a traditional tavern and an all-day café-bar serving fresh fruit juices, drinks, and light snacks.
Vitali is a traditional village with old farmhouses. Although it comes alive in the summer, when owners return to open up their homes for the holiday season, it remains a peaceful place surrounded by tranquil natural beauty.
The guest house is completely independent from the main house. It includes two 25 sq.m. guest rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and one small bedroom with bunk beds for two people. A separate bathroom is located just outside this room. An additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom is available upon request.
The kitchen is outdoors, situated between the two main guest rooms. Next to it is a covered outdoor dining area with a large table that seats twelve. Guests are welcome to use the traditional brick oven and barbecue.
The 5x9 m swimming pool lies in front of the two guest rooms. On the same property, just north of the pool, there is a basketball/mini soccer court, a ping pong table, and a trampoline. For those who love a touch of adventure, a small wooden treehouse offers a perfect hideaway for spending the night.
No one else will be using the main house during your stay. The entire property, including the swimming pool, is for your exclusive use.
