"Réfléchissez avant de réserver. L'accueil sentait le cigare ou la pipe, très désagréable. La déco de la chambre est vieillotte et pas du tout du standard des photos mises en avant sur le site mais propre. La climatisation récente est à 50cm du lit à la même hauteur, autant dire que c'est super gênant ..."

Comfortable room and great location
"The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags ..."
